First let’s locate “My Jobs” in the menu bar at the bottom of the screen

Then click on the job that you wish to pay deposit for

Here, you’ll click “Pay Deposit” to proceed to the next page. Note that the deposit is non-refundable, if you decide not to proceed with the quotation, we’ll not refund the deposit to you.

If this is your first time using the app, click on “Add New Card” to include the information of the credit card you’d like to pay with. All credit card information will be kept confidential.

After filling in all the card information, save and continue. Choose the card you’d like to use under “Payment Method”, then click on “Pay”. The $100 deposit will then be charged from your credit card.

Once deposit payment is done, our handyman will receive the instructions to schedule the site visit date and time with you.
